Return Policy

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return your items within 30 days  of the delivery date for a full refund with the following considerations:

Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.

Product was not marked as Final Sale.

Products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacturer defect).


In this case please contact Customer Service.


Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside.

Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.

You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.

Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.

 

Your refund will be issued when the package is received by our returns department. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your account.

 

Returns can be processed via mail ONLY.

 

Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment you chose for the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. All refunds are subject to our quality assurance upon receipt. If the quality check process determines that the return product was falsely claimed to be defective, damaged, or not as described, the return label fee will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund amount.
